Account Deletion Request
Request deletion of your ARVI Stock Manager online Owner account and associated cloud licensing data. You can make this request even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request account deletion
Send an email to samreetlabsofficial@gmail.com with the subject ARVI Stock Manager - Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Owner account, if different from your sending address.
Request deletion by emailIf the email button does not open an email app, send your request manually to samreetlabsofficial@gmail.com. You do not need to reinstall ARVI Stock Manager.
- Send the deletion request from your registered email, where possible.
- Samreet Labs will verify account ownership before acting on the request. We will not delete an account based only on an unverified email address.
- After verification, we will process deletion of eligible account data and confirm the outcome or explain any lawful retention.
Security: Never email your Owner PIN, staff PIN, password, Firebase token, payment card details, or other credentials.
Data covered by the request
- Requested for deletion: Your ARVI Stock Manager online Owner identity in our app systems and associated cloud licensing/account records, after ownership verification.
- Not a Google Account deletion: Your personal Google account is not deleted.
- Offline shop records: Stock, IMEI records, invoices, staff profiles, and local backups held on your device are not remotely erased by sending this email. Back up and separately manage any files you need to keep or delete on your device.
- Lawful retention: Records that must be kept for applicable legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained only as necessary. The support team will explain applicable retention when processing your request.
Google Play subscription
Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel recurring Google Play payments. Manage and, if necessary, cancel your subscription separately in Google Play.

ARVI Stock Manager का Online Owner Account हटवाने के लिए ऊपर दिए गए ईमेल पते पर अनुरोध भेजें। App इंस्टॉल होना जरूरी नहीं है। पहचान की पुष्टि के बाद Cloud Account और उससे जुड़े पात्र डेटा को हटाने की प्रक्रिया की जाएगी।
इस अनुरोध से फोन में सुरक्षित Offline Stock, IMEI, Invoice या Backup अपने आप नहीं मिटेंगे। Google Play Subscription को अलग से Cancel करना होगा। अपना PIN या Password ईमेल में कभी न भेजें।
